As of Thursday 1st June 2023, Collierley Nursery & Primary School will formally convert to academy status and proudly become part of SLP.
This is the start of another new and exciting chapter in the history of SLP. The conclusion of the conversion process is testimony to the hard work of the entire SLP team, Governing Bodies and senior leaders of our new school.
The last 12 months have continued to be challenging for everyone in our trust yet time and time again, our staff overdeliver on everything that is asked of them. We are delighted to strengthen this team further with the addition of the experience and expertise of staff within our new school.
Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank parents and families for their unwavering support throughout this process and the year as a whole. Without it we would have been unable to ensure that the conversion ran as smoothly as it has, and SLP would not be the successful Multi-Academy Trust it is today.
I am sure you will join me in formally welcoming Collierley Nursery & Primary School into SLP, wishing them every success for the future.
